Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Pacific Pulse Growth Lab website and any services you engage us for. By using this site or working with us, you agree to these terms. Pacific Pulse Growth Lab LLC is based in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Our services

We design and build websites, AI automation, and booking systems. The specific scope, timeline, and price of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. Anything on this site, including pricing tiers, is a starting point for that conversation, not a binding quote.

Payments

Retainers and project fees are billed as agreed in your engagement. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise in writing, monthly plans are billed month to month with no long term contract.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the content, access, and timely feedback we need to do the work. You are responsible for the legality of the content you ask us to publish and for holding the rights to any materials you give us.

Ownership

On full payment for an engagement, you own the final deliverables we create for you. We may reuse general techniques, code patterns, and know how, and we may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We work hard to deliver reliable, high quality work, but the site and services are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the engagement the claim relates to.
