Who we are
Pacific Pulse Growth Lab LLC is a Honolulu, Hawaii based studio building websites, AI automation, and booking systems. You can reach us at sony@pacificpulseai.com.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form, application, or booking, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, business name, and the message or project details you share. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and general location, so we can make the site better.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver work you have asked for, and send you updates related to your project. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting, database, email, and payment processors.
Service providers we rely on
We host on Vercel, store data in a PostgreSQL database on Railway, send email through Resend, and process payments through Stripe. Stripe handles card data directly. We never see or store your full card number.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email sony@pacificpulseai.com and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
